Applying to the ETV Programme
Enrolment to the ETV programme is by invitation only. To be considered for the programme, the parties must submit an expression of interest. However, they must meet the eligibility criteria that is listed further below. For those that do not meet the criteria, they can still apply to the ETV programme, albeit must go through a development process first.
CATEGORY A: ETV CORE COHORT

Solution already proven globally
-
Not implemented (at scale) anywhere in India and any other emerging market nation
-
Is innovative and has potential for high impact
-
Technology/solution needs a commercial demonstration and scaling platform
- Open to manufacturing and/or assembling in India

Open to partnerships or commitment to establish a presence in India

TRL >= 5 and CRL >= 5 (See TRL and CRL Scoring)

CATEGORY B: ETV DEVELOPMENT COHORT

Same as "ETV Core" on solution's maturity but commercialisation team/strategy not in place.

CATEGORY C: ETV MARKET ACCESS​​
Eligibility Criteria

Solution does not qualify for "ETV Core" or "ETV Development" or already has a presence but requires more market visibility and would benefit from a "ETV" validation and verification process.​​​
